Cancellation Policy

Do you need to cancel your cruise?

Please contact us as soon as possible by email at information@ms-onrust.nl. We will review your reservation and let you know which cancellation arrangement applies.

A. Cancellation up to 14 days before departure

You will receive 75% of the amount paid back, or you may choose a voucher for the value of the amount paid. The voucher is valid for 6 months and can be used to book a new date.

B. Cancellation from 14 days up to 48 hours before departure

You will receive 50% of the amount paid back, or you may choose a voucher. The voucher is valid for 6 months and can be used to book a new date.

C. Cancellation from 48 hours up to 24 hours before departure

During this period, we are unable to offer a refund. However, you will receive a voucher, which is valid for 6 months. This voucher can be used to book a new date.

D. Cancellation within 24 hours before departure

For cancellations made within 24 hours before departure, we are unable to offer a refund or voucher. We kindly ask for your understanding, as reserved places can usually no longer be resold at such short notice.
