We are aware that you place your trust in us. We therefore see it as our responsibility to protect your personal data and your privacy. On this page you can read which data we collect when you use MS Onrust’s website and/or services, why we collect this data and how we use it to improve your user experience. So that you understand exactly how we work and how we handle your personal data.
MS Onrust respects the privacy of all users of its website and ensures that the personal information you provide to us is treated confidentially. MS Onrust acts in accordance with the Data Protection Act and, as from 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation.
The contact forms on our website are used only for the specific purpose for which the contact form is normally intended. The data will not be exchanged or used for any other purposes.
When subscribing to the newsletter, we only receive the email address. This email address can be used to send newsletters and promotions. The recipient has the option to unsubscribe at any time.
When ordering tickets, we receive the information entered by the booker. Name, surname, email address and telephone number are mandatory fields. When paying online, the account number becomes visible to MS Onrust. The transaction data is only used for processing the order and assigning the correct seats on location and is not shared with third parties.
Your data will only be stored for your own use and will not be shared with any parties other than those mentioned in this agreement, unless we have agreed this strictly with you. Comments from visitors may be routed through an automated spam detection service.
When you leave a comment, that comment and its metadata are stored permanently. This way, we can automatically recognise and approve follow-up comments instead of having to moderate them.
For users registered on our website (if applicable), we also store personal information in their user profile. All users can view, change or delete their personal information at any time (username cannot be changed). Website administrators can also view and change this information.
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you may request an export file of any personal data we hold about you, including any data you have given us. You may also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Your data is stored in our own database which is protected in the most reliable way and is not shared with third parties.
MS Onrust uses cookies to optimise the user experience of the website and system and to be able to provide targeted communications and advertisements. All data MS Onrust collects from cookies is completely anonymous and cannot be traced back to a person or a company.
A cookie is a small text file that is sent with pages of this website and stored by your browser on your computer, tablet or smartphone. Cookies are used to send information from the server to the browser. Each user is given a unique identification (ID) so that you can be recognised as a user on your next visit. However, cookies do not know who you are. There are three types of cookies: functional, analytical and marketing cookies. MS Onrust is allowed to place functional cookies and anonymous analytical cookies without permission. For marketing cookies, the user’s consent is required.
Functional cookies are also called necessary or technical cookies. This type of cookie ensures that the website functions properly and can be placed without permission. Functional cookies remember your preferences.
Analytical cookies allow us to understand the traffic to our website and the behaviour of the website visitor. Our analytical cookies come from Google Analytics. The data that ends up in Google Analytics cannot be traced back to a name or IP address. Data is immediately anonymised using ‘anonymise IP’ so that we cannot retrieve it. Using analytical cookies, we can further develop our website.
Tracking cookies are used to display targeted advertisements. MS Onrust places tracking cookies via Google Tag Manager and the Facebook pixel. This means that advertisements through these platforms can be shown to you as a website user. MS Onrust does not know if you are in this target group. To see what external parties do with your data, you can read the privacy statements of Facebook.
